Which Anti-Clot plan works best after heart procedure?

Summary

This study looks at two different blood thinner plans after a procedure to close a small heart pouch in people with atrial fibrillation. About 60 adults will get either aspirin alone or aspirin plus clopidogrel for 3 months. The goal is to see which plan better prevents small brain clots seen on MRI scans.
