Summary
This study compares using a mobile app versus a printed guide to perform airway exercises for people with mild to severe obstructive sleep apnea who cannot use CPAP. About 34 adults will participate to see if the app improves oxygen levels, snoring, and sleep quality. The goal is to find a more convenient way to manage sleep apnea symptoms.
