Summary

This study tested whether a mobile app called IntelliCare could help reduce depression and anxiety in women who had breast cancer. 313 survivors who were diagnosed within the past 5 years and had high levels of distress used the app, with some also receiving extra coaching. The goal was to see if the app and coaching could improve emotional well-being and keep users engaged.
