NCT ID NCT05488145

First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tested a web-based app designed to help women with early-stage hormone-positive breast cancer take their daily hormone therapy pills consistently. Many patients stop taking these pills due to side effects or lack of support, which raises the risk of cancer returning. The app provided reminders, educational videos, and direct contact with the research team to help patients stay on track. The study enrolled 21 participants and measured how acceptable and usable the app was over 12 weeks.
