Summary
This study is testing a mobile app called GeriKit to better understand the unique health challenges of older adults with heart disease. Researchers will enroll 150 people aged 75 and older who are hospitalized for a heart attack or heart procedure. The goal is to see if the app can help doctors gather detailed information about patients' overall health and quality of life to improve future care.
