Can an app help cancer survivors and their partners sleep better?

NCT ID NCT06938802

Summary

This small, completed study tested whether a sleep coaching program delivered through a phone app was practical and acceptable for cancer survivors and their partners. The main goal was to see if people would sign up and stick with the program, not to prove it cured sleep problems. Researchers also checked if participants' sleep, fatigue, and mood improved after using the app.
