NCT ID NCT04579198

Summary

This study tested a new mobile app called CAARE, designed to help children and their parents cope with the emotional stress that often follows a serious injury. It involved 54 families where a child under 12 was hospitalized for an injury. The goal was to see if using the app could reduce symptoms of distress, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress in both children and their caregivers.
