VA tests app to help women veterans regain bladder control

NCT ID NCT07219433

Summary

This study is testing different ways to roll out a mobile app called MyHealtheBladder, which teaches women veterans exercises and strategies to manage urinary incontinence (bladder leakage). The main goal is to see which implementation method helps more eligible veterans access and use the app fairly. Researchers will also check if using the app improves symptoms and quality of life for the 20 veterans who participate.
