Can your phone help you swallow again after cancer surgery?
NCT ID NCT07301047
Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile phone app that guides patients through swallowing exercises can improve recovery after oral cancer surgery. It will involve 72 patients in Taiwan who have had surgery to remove an oral tumor and rebuild tissue. Half will use the app along with standard care, while the other half receives standard care alone, to see if the app helps with swallowing function, anxiety, and quality of life.
