Summary

This study is testing whether a mobile app that provides 24/7 access to anonymous, moderated peer support groups can help people recovering from opioid addiction. It aims to help participants build personal recovery resources, stay engaged in treatment, and reduce stress and isolation, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The trial will compare the app to usual care in 1,300 adults across the United States over six months.
