Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app that helps people make healthy lifestyle changes can reduce symptoms of depression. Researchers will compare adults who use the app alongside their regular doctor visits to those who only receive regular care. The app guides users to set personal goals, track their mood, and get tailored advice on sleep, activity, diet, and social connections.
