Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app that helps people set personal goals for sleep, diet, exercise, and social connections can reduce depression symptoms. About 216 adults visiting their general practitioner for depression will either use the app alongside their usual care or receive usual care alone. The goal is to see if the app leads to better mood and is cost-effective.
