New phone app aims to ease the burden for kids after cancer treatment
NCT ID NCT06015009
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether a mobile phone app is a practical and acceptable tool for helping children who have finished cancer treatment and their caregivers. The app was designed to help them track and manage ongoing symptoms and side effects from treatment. Researchers measured how easy the app was to use and whether it showed any early signs of improving the child's symptoms or the caregiver's quality of life.
