Sleep app trial offers hope for sleepless cancer survivors

Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app can help cancer survivors who have trouble sleeping. The app delivers a proven talk therapy program for insomnia. Researchers will compare 146 participants who use the app right away to others who wait 8 weeks to see if it improves sleep quality and reduces related symptoms like fatigue.
