Could your Phone's lock screen help cancer Survivors' hearts?

NCT ID NCT03953326

Summary

This study tested whether a special app on an Android phone could help cancer survivors become more physically active and improve their heart and blood vessel health. Participants were asked to use the app and wear a Fitbit for 3 months, with follow-up checks at 3 and 6 months. The goal was to see if the app's reminders led to more activity and better health, but the study was stopped early after enrolling only 2 people.
