Summary
This study is testing if a phone app can help people scheduled for cancer surgery get stronger and feel less anxious before their operation. About 60 adults will use the app for weekly walking tests and daily check-ins on exercise, nutrition, and mood. Researchers will compare their recovery to patients who receive standard care alone.
