Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app that teaches mindfulness can help people with metastatic kidney cancer feel better emotionally and improve their quality of life. About 21 patients who are already receiving immunotherapy and have moderate to high fear of their cancer returning will use the app for several weeks. Researchers will measure if the program is practical and if it reduces anxiety, depression, and fear of cancer recurrence.
