Can your phone cure sleepless nights? app trial seeks answers
NCT ID NCT06972303
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a mindfulness meditation app is a practical and acceptable way to help people with chronic insomnia. Thirty adults will be randomly assigned to use the app with guidance, use it without guidance, or just receive standard sleep tips for four weeks. The main goal is to see if people can stick with the program and find it helpful, while also checking for any early signs of improved sleep.
