Can a phone app help teens with chronic pain get better faster?
NCT ID NCT07485426
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a mobile app that guides teens through physical exercise and mindfulness training can make standard pain rehabilitation more effective. About 60 teens aged 13-19 with long-term pain will either get the app plus a shorter hospital program, or the usual longer program. The goal is to see if the app-supported approach works just as well or better for improving daily function.
