Parkinson's patients at end of life may get comfort boost from apomorphine pump

Summary
This study tests whether a continuous apomorphine pump can reduce muscle stiffness and improve comfort for people with advanced Parkinson's disease who are nearing the end of life. About 80 participants who are already receiving home hospital care will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the pump helps manage symptoms and makes care easier for patients, families, and nurses.
