Summary
This study tests whether the Apneal® smartphone app can accurately diagnose sleep apnea in adults who need a standard sleep test (polysomnography). About 500 participants will use the app while undergoing the standard test at home overnight. The goal is to see if the app can correctly classify sleep apnea severity and measure breathing pauses, sleep stages, and movements.
