New cancer drug enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called APL-5125 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose, check for side effects, and see if the drug can shrink tumors, especially in colorectal cancer. It is for people who have run out of standard treatment options.
