Summary

This study tests whether taking atorvastatin (a cholesterol-lowering drug) before a brain stent procedure can prevent strokes and other serious events. About 354 adults with brain aneurysms will receive either the drug or a placebo before and after stent placement. Researchers will track strokes, stent narrowing, and side effects over one year.
