Summary
This study tests whether a daily collagen peptide supplement called AP-Brain can improve attention, focus, and memory in adults aged 35-70 who are stressed but otherwise healthy. Participants will take either a higher or lower dose for 56 days and complete computer tasks and surveys to measure changes in brain function and stress levels. The goal is to see if this supplement offers a safe way to ease stress-related mental fog.
