NCT ID NCT07339917
First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at why some people improve more from anxiety treatment than others. Over 4,400 adults with high anxiety will use a digital brain training program called LENS, which helps change negative thinking patterns. Researchers will track changes in mood and thinking for five months and combine that with genetic data to find factors linked to better outcomes. The goal is to help doctors personalize anxiety care in the future.
