New hope for easing anxiety in kids with autism and learning challenges

Summary
This study is testing if a special therapy program can help reduce anxiety in children who have both autism and an intellectual disability. The program, called Facing Your Fears, teaches kids and their parents strategies to manage worries. Researchers will work with about 24 children, aged 12-18, to see if the program is practical and helpful for this group.
