Summary
This study is testing a new therapy designed to help breast cancer survivors manage anxiety. The therapy teaches people to better notice and understand their own bodily signals, like their heartbeat. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for 20 survivors who have finished their main cancer treatment.
