Summary

This study tested a simple, non-invasive acupressure technique called Energy Resonance by Cutaneous Stimulation (RESC) to help reduce anxiety in 57 women before a breast biopsy. The goal was to see if this gentle touch method could make the experience less stressful for patients and easier for medical staff. Results measured anxiety levels before and after the session.
