Summary
This study aims to see which of two common medications works better to reduce anxiety before surgery and manage pain afterward for people having hemorrhoid removal. Researchers will compare the effects of Dexmedetomidine and Tramadol in 90 patients. The goal is to find the best approach to keep patients comfortable and stable during this common procedure.
