Study tests if simple online start matches personalized care for youth anxiety
NCT ID NCT06942429
Summary
This study aims to find out if a simpler, two-step therapy model works as well as a more personalized model for treating anxiety in children and teens. Researchers will compare starting all kids with online therapy first versus assigning them to either online or in-person therapy based on their specific needs. The goal is to see which overall care approach better helps young people aged 8-17 manage their anxiety disorders.
