Pregnancy & antipsychotics: tracking mother & baby health

Summary
This study aims to understand how antipsychotic medications affect pregnant women with serious mental illness and their babies. Researchers will follow 200 pregnant women who are either taking antipsychotics, other psychiatric medications, or no medication. They'll track the mothers' mental health during and after pregnancy, and monitor the babies' development through age 6 months to compare outcomes between the groups.
