Summary
This study will test whether walking on an antigravity treadmill can boost heart and lung fitness and improve leg function in 60 people with incomplete spinal cord injury. Participants will do gait training on the treadmill or between parallel bars. The goal is to see if this special treadmill offers extra benefits over standard balance exercises.
