Summary
This study is testing if adding a common antidepressant (fluoxetine) to standard immunotherapy helps people with advanced liver or gallbladder cancer who also have depression or anxiety. Researchers want to see if the combination works better at shrinking tumors and helping patients live longer than immunotherapy alone. The study will also check if the antidepressant improves patients' mood and quality of life.
