Summary
This study aims to understand how antibiotics given to patients during a stem cell transplant change the bacteria in their gut. Researchers will collect stool samples from 255 adult patients before, during, and after their transplant to track these changes. The goal is to learn if these antibiotic-related changes are linked to transplant complications like graft-versus-host disease (GVHD).
