Heart surgery study questions need for days of antibiotics

Summary
This large study aims to find the shortest effective duration of antibiotics to prevent infections after heart surgery. It will compare giving antibiotics only during surgery versus continuing them for one or two days afterward. The goal is to see if shorter courses work just as well, which could reduce side effects and antibiotic resistance.
