Summary
This study aims to improve how antibiotics are used for children in intensive care to better control infections. It will follow 1,000 children to see if specific guidelines for starting, dosing, and stopping antibiotics can help them recover faster and prevent dangerous drug-resistant infections. The goal is to find the best practices for managing infections in critically ill children.
