Summary

This international study aims to see if patients at low risk of infection can safely undergo kidney stone surgery without receiving preventive antibiotics beforehand. It will compare outcomes between patients who get no preventive antibiotics and those who receive the standard single dose. The goal is to reduce unnecessary antibiotic use while maintaining patient safety during this common procedure.
