NCT ID NCT07287813

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at whether the usual doses of certain strong antibiotics are right for critically ill patients who are on ECMO (heart-lung support) or dialysis. The goal is to make sure the drugs reach levels that kill bacteria without being toxic. About 40 adults in the ICU with gram-negative infections will be monitored to improve future dosing guidelines.
