Could a drug calm endometriosis and boost IVF success?

Summary
This study tests whether giving an anti-TNFα drug a few days before a frozen embryo transfer can help women with endometriosis who have had a failed IVF cycle get pregnant. About 145 women will take part. The goal is to see if reducing inflammation in the womb improves the chance of a successful pregnancy and healthy baby.
