First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving an anti-TNFα drug (a type of anti-inflammatory) a few days before transferring a frozen embryo can improve pregnancy rates in women with endometriosis who have already had a failed IVF cycle. The trial involves 145 women and focuses on whether the treatment helps the womb lining accept the embryo. The goal is to see if calming inflammation can lead to more successful pregnancies and healthier babies.
