Summary
This study tested whether a culturally-tailored anti-inflammatory diet is practical and well-liked by racial/ethnic minorities with chronic kidney disease. 18 adults from the Bronx with stage 3 kidney disease took part. Researchers measured diet changes and asked participants if they liked the diet. The goal was to see if this approach could be used in larger studies.
