Nerve check may predict transplant complication risk

NCT ID NCT07374874

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at 60 people getting a stem cell transplant to see if their autonomic nervous system (which controls things like heart rate and sweating) can help predict a serious complication called graft-versus-host disease (GvHD). Participants will have simple nerve tests before and after transplant. The goal is to find early warning signs of GvHD, not to test a new treatment.
