Summary
This study looks at how a new pain medicine called Anrikefon works in people aged 65 and older after laparoscopic (keyhole) belly surgery. Thirty participants will receive the drug at set times and have their blood tested to measure drug levels. The goal is to understand how the drug behaves in older adults, not to prove it works better than other treatments.
