Summary
This study tests whether adding anlotinib hydrochloride to the standard Stupp regimen can help people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. About 150 adults aged 18-75 will receive either the combination or standard treatment alone. The main goal is to see if the new combination delays cancer growth or improves survival.
