This study looks at whether a hands-on ankle technique called mobilization with movement can immediately improve how high healthy university students can jump and how far they can bend their ankle. Half the participants receive the real mobilization, while the other half get a sham version without the therapeutic glide. Jump height and ankle flexibility are measured before and right after the single session to see if there is an acute benefit.
