Summary
This study looked at whether stretching the bottom of the foot (plantar fascia) alone or combined with a special massage tool (Graston technique) can improve ankle motion, flexibility, and balance. It involved 40 healthy, active adults aged 18-35. The goal was to see which method works better for keeping ankles flexible and stable.
