Summary

This study compares three ways to manage pain after ankle fracture surgery: a long-acting numbing cocktail, regional anesthesia, and standard care. Researchers want to see if the numbing cocktail reduces the need for strong painkillers like opioids. About 70 adults with specific ankle fractures will take part.
