First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study involves 50 people who need a pacemaker or defibrillator. Researchers want to see if using contrast dye and X-ray alone is better than adding an electrocardiogram (ECG) for placing a wire in a specific part of the heart called the Bachmann bundle. Both methods are already FDA-approved and used in standard care.
