Summary
This study aims to find out which type of anesthesia leads to better early brain recovery for stroke patients having emergency clot removal surgery. It compares lighter sedation with full general anesthesia in 62 patients. The goal is to see which method helps patients regain brain function faster and causes fewer blood pressure drops during the procedure.
