This study will look at 320 men having HoLEP surgery for an enlarged prostate to see if the type of anesthesia (general vs. spinal) affects bleeding and recovery. Researchers will measure changes in hemoglobin levels, time to discharge, and symptom scores three months after surgery. The goal is to find out if one anesthesia type is safer or more efficient.
