Summary
This study is testing if a new anesthesia drug called remimazolam can reduce confusion (postoperative delirium) in patients 65 and older after stomach cancer surgery. It will compare remimazolam against a standard anesthesia mix in 170 patients. The main goal is to see if the new drug leads to clearer thinking and a smoother recovery after the operation.
